day 332: fighting cats allergy the natural way!!
unfortunately.. i am allergic to cats (´；ω；`)
last night was kinda hard for me.. i took an inhaler, hate to take it..
but i still had difficult to breathe.
so i drank small amount of “perilla wine” which my mom made.
it works!!
i should try perilla oil, too (^ω^)
parilla contains many active ingredients, such as rosmarinic acid and luteolin.
those are help reduce the symptoms of allergies.
i wish to avoid taking medications, coz i had terrible allergic reactions to some medicines.
i want to avoid pharmaceuticals as much as i can.
oh, people say green tea is also good!
well well,, no matter how allergic i am, i always love and stay with noa & ash!
they are my beautiful babies!!

im really healty, but once in a while i have bad reaction to it.
maybe its time for their shampoo (^ω^)(^ω^)!!
